A very good turn up during the Team manager/coaches meeting which held on the 28th Mar, 2009. We have a good discussion in this gathering, hopefully, this event can run smoothly.
There are some important messages from the meeting need to be spread out, i m now put down the content from the Q and A session to all the teams.
Q and A1. Pay n Play
Teams must pay RM 75 each 15 minutes before the game kick-off.
2. Bad weather situation, do teams need to turn up?
Yes, it is a MUST. This is the way to determine team who are absent or less than 8 players. The deduction penalty will be execute.
if the game are force to postpone due to the bad weather or black out, a replay schedule will be fixed, and no fees will be charge.
3. how to determine "at lease 8 players" appearing during the game.
As long as the game is still in play. meaning that when the game clock ended, but the team who less than 8 players, they will be deducted RM 50 from the deposit.
4. follow the playing time is a MUST
team who come late from the playing time will be deducted RM 50 from the deposit, if 30 minutes after playing time still fail to turn up, RM 150 will be deducted from the deposit.
Referee is the person to decides to default the game or not. Team who are waiting for the opponent can appeal a further delay but pending the agreement from the Referee.
5. color of the Jersey
team name who appear first on the Fixture wear WHITE, team name who appear second wear COLOR OR DARK.
6 opening ceremony
Team need to send 6 players and divided into 2 team to participate in the Opening Ceremony 3 on 3 event.
Opening Ceremony will be held on the 8am, 19th April 2009 at Rakan Muda Centre of Puchong.
7. bring along your water container
our Sponsor -- WATERBOY will put on their water dispenser during the game time, teams are advised to bring along your water container or bottle.
8. how to play in the play-off?
there will be best of 2 series in the play-off quarter-final and semi-final. if there is a equal point after 40 mins of play in the first tie, no extra time will be play, the draw will carry forward into the second tie. if second tie draw again, then extra time apply. This will be apply on Klang, Subang and Semenyih Zones.
but Rawang Zone is different, they plays in double round robin system, therefore, extra time will apply if there is any draw of the match.
P/s: Admin here make a mistake, Batu 9 Oscar team which being left out from the zone, but they did attend the manager and coaches meeting, therefore, there are 8 teams play at Semenyih Zone.
there will be a Single round robin playing system, all team qualify into play-off.
p/s: for all play-off, the format will be as below:
Quarter-finals:
1 vs 8 in best of 2
3 vs 6 in best of 2
4 vs 5 in best of 2
2 vs 7 in best of 2
Semi-finals:
Winner of 1 vs 8 against winner of 3 vs 6 in best of 2
Winner of 2 vs 7 against winner of 4 vs 5 in best of 2

in best of 3

p/s: after screen through all team lists from 4 zones, there is only ONE player who are under the shortlisted of 2004-2008 agong cup name list, so, the particular player are not eligible to play and already remove from the team involved.
According to the Rules and Regulation, no replacement can be done. if any others who are under the shortlisted of 2004-2008 agong cup name list and being found if he is involving in any team after kick-off of the championship, the full team will be disqualify from the championship.
No complains will be accepted when the competition heading to play-off stage or the kick-off of the second round robin is started.
p/s: Admin Secretary still waiting the response from Klang, Rawang and Semenyih zones, no fixtures from them at this moment. According to person-in-charge from Semenyih, their zone will kick-off on the 7th April, 2009.

p/s: eventually, chyaba and batu 11 oscar send in their entry form, it is due to the delay from the person-in-charge of their zone who left out their form in previous days.
